RETURN POLICY

Damage – If your product gets damaged on its way to you, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.  We want you to be happy so we will do everything we can to make it right.  Any product you decide to return must be complete, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

 Unsuccessful Delivery – We may make a maximum of three delivery attempts.  You will be responsible for valid delivery addresses and all shipping/delivery costs on returned or redirected items.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping/delivery costs and or return shipping/delivery costs may be deducted from your refund.

Unhappy?  We want you to be happy with our products, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please return the unused product, within 30 days, to our warehouse for a full refund - minus the shipping costs.

All orders are shipped within two business days, via USPS or UPS.  Unless otherwise requested, all shipments are made via Ground Shipping.
